Goin' Fishin'

The cub scout pack meeting activity this past month was fishing. We went to a little pond on a member's property. Here's Jeremy holding up a fish he caught. Every boy was able to catch a fish at least once. Texas is an interesting place. It only takes about 15 minute to get from our house to where you can see the Fort Worth skyscrapers you see in the background at the golf course (see the post below about first Tee). It only takes 10 minutes to get to this place where you can only see farmland in all directions. Where we live we are in a little subdivision in suburbia with a big highway right behind our house, but all around nearby are farms and fields and forests. I guess you could say it is a diverse landscape.
