We were glad to be together as a family again to celebrate Independence day. Daddy's little girl definitely has been especially happy to be able to see him.
Our new friends the Hansons invited us to go to a massive fireworks show near Dallas with them. The kids got soaked playing in the splashpad and lazy river, and we enjoyed sharing treats and playing together. They brought along their own facepaints and shared their talents. Alaina was quite proud of the Dora painting she recieved and the kids had fun trying to paint eachothers faces too.
